The Government has released its long-awaited terms of reference for a review of access to telecommunication services for older Australians and people experiencing illness and suffering disabilities.
Broadband and Communication Minister Stephen Conroy said that new technologies, such as the Internet and smart phones, allowed disabled people to communicate with greater independence.
